Terms of Use

Uvuli helps event hosts create shared galleries, invite guests, collect uploads, organise collections, and share event QR codes.

You agree to use Uvuli lawfully, respectfully, and only for events or galleries that you are authorised to create, manage, or join.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, event settings, guest links, QR codes, and any access you choose to share.

If you believe your account or an event has been accessed without permission, you should update your access settings and contact us as soon as possible.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Uvuli.

By uploading content, you grant Uvuli a non-exclusive licence to store, process, display, resize, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the service, including event galleries, collections, moderation tools, downloads, QR sharing, and related features.

You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, exploitative, misleading, infringes another person's rights, or otherwise violates applicable laws.

Event hosts are responsible for managing event visibility, guest permissions, moderation settings, and removing content that should not appear within their events.

Guests may upload photos and videos using event links or QR codes where permitted by the host.

Depending on event settings and subscription features, uploads may appear immediately or require host approval.

Uvuli reserves the right to remove or restrict content that appears to violate these Terms or poses a risk to users or the service.

Some features may require a paid subscription or may be subject to usage limits.

Pricing, available features, storage limits, and subscription plans may change over time.

If payment cannot be processed or a subscription expires, access to certain paid features may be limited or removed.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but Uvuli may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important photos, videos, and other content.

Uvuli, including its branding, software, design, and related content, is owned by or licensed to MaineeCo Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Uvuli or its intellectual property to you.

You may stop using Uvuli at any time.

Deleting your account may remove your profile, events, uploads, collections, guest links, and related information, subject to limited retention where required for legal, billing, security, or operational purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaineeCo Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Uvuli.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time as Uvuli evolves.

Where changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app or by another appropriate communication method.

Your continued use of Uvuli after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
